“Love your neighbor as yourself” is one of the two great commandments of every Christian. Starting in 2018, Love Your Neighbor Ministries was officially established with the mission of “The Church accompanies the community”. The Ministries have participated in many charity activities, supporting the poor, preventing the COVID epidemic, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters. Through this Ministry, the Church wants to spread the love of Jesus to the community.

Starting in 2018 and peaking in 2020, Love Your Neighbor Ministry has always accompanied the community in the work of preventing the epidemic. Some of the major programs that the Church has participated in include:

In particular, in September 2024, the northern provinces were severely affected by the historic storm YAGI. Many people are in difficult situations, losing their homes and loved ones. The Word of Life Church and a group of volunteers went to Thai Nguyen city, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh... to the places that suffered heavy damage. Our group visited families in difficulty and gave valuable gifts. At the same time, our team of volunteers participated in cleaning the streets with the people in the area, repairing damaged houses.
On September 23, 2024, the Word of Life Church convoy "Helping people affected by storm YAGI" under the Love Your Neighbor ministry went to the brothers and sisters in Cao Bang, bringing 65 gifts including blankets, laundry detergent, food, milk cakes and cash. The road was extremely difficult due to landslides and mud, but thank God for helping the convoy get there. Gifts were given to help God's children recover their lives after the storm and flood.
